How to reach us
The Veterans Health Centre is at Suites 5/6, 77 East Street, Ipswich, Queensland 4305 — about fifteen minutes from RAAF Base Amberley and forty minutes from the Brisbane CBD. We work with current and former ADF members Australia-wide: the records stages of a claim need no attendance at all, consultations can be arranged by telehealth where clinically appropriate, and only a physical impairment examination requires you in the room.

Do I have to attend in person?
Not for most of it. Chart reviews, diagnostic assessments, diagnosis forms and appeal documents are produced from your medical record. Consultations can often be conducted by telehealth. Only a physical examination for permanent impairment requires attendance.

No. The initial consult is no-obligation, and every stage of work is quoted in writing before it starts.

Reception responds to email enquiries within business hours. If your matter involves a determination with a review deadline, say so in the first line — those are prioritised.
