Why these are free
Because the information asymmetry in DVA claiming is the problem. Veterans lodge claims without knowing what the legislation actually tests, accept refusals they could answer, and are quoted payout figures by people who cannot know them. Every one of these tools is built from public instruments and our own library, and none of them require you to hand over your details to use them. If you want the work done properly afterwards, that is what the clinic is for — but the tools stand on their own.
